TECLA Association is the answer to the need for cooperation, innovation and internationalization of Local Authorities. It based its action on principles of cooperation, participation, networking and philosophy of service that since 1993  works to improve knowledge of Community policies in local institutions and encourage their capacity and potential to access to European Fundings.
